Itoro is currently the Financial Controller of Pinnacle Oil and Gas Limited and its related entities, providing leadership for the day-to-day finance and accounts function.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Itoro spent about 18 years in Ernst and Young (EY), a professional service firm, where he rose to the level of an Associate Director. His experience spans taxation, due diligence reviews, reporting accountant roles, business advisory and financial statements audits. Through his time at EY, he provided leadership on many of the key engagements, majoring in Oil and Gas upstream, mid and downstream sub-sectors of the Nigeria oil and gas sector.

Itoro also gained international work experience at EY, Houston Texas, USA where he worked on high profile global clients for two years.

Itoro is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is an accounting graduate from the University of Nigeria and holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos.
