At the age of 37, Enoch Osei has 17 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. He started his career at the age of 20 with the only oil refinery in Ghana, Tema Oil Refinery. His experience spans across Refinery Operations; Tank Farm Operations; Import and Exports Operations; Offshore Operations and Vessel Management.

Since joining Oiltanking Germany Hamburg in 2017, he has specialized in CBM and SPM Terminals Management. Being one of the fortunate engineers to be groomed by Oiltanking globally, he has gained experience across South America, United Arab Emirates, Europe, China and Africa.

Enoch is known for building strong, committed and first-class industry standard team to operate and maintain CBM and SPM in compliance with OCIMF, IMO, ISGOTT, IMCA and other industry standards and he is mandated to do this for Pinnacle Oil and Gas as the Marine Terminal Manager.

His mentorship from industry leaders such as Imodco France; Penspen International UK; Oiltanking Germany; etc., together with his experience in operating in extreme weather conditions such as squalls, gust, etc. equips him to be exceptionally successful in managing CBM and SPM terminals.

Enoch holds First-Class Hons in BSc. Ports and Shipping Administration from the Regional Maritime University, Accra and First-Class Hons in B.E. Oil and Gas Engineering from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. He also holds MBA in Data Analytics from Nottingham Trent University, UK.

He also holds Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate from Project Management Institute (PMI).
